Couriers, not 'self-employed'.

WEGO's couriers are employees, not bogus self-employed contractors. That means stability, full labour rights, and clean tax records — for you and for the tax authorities. We chose this model before the law required it.

A real job.

Built around scheduled shifts and a steady paycheck — not around algorithms.

Scheduled shifts

Morning, afternoon, or night with a week's notice. No '24/7 availability'.

Fixed monthly payroll

Base salary plus productivity supplement. No bonuses for accepting more orders.

Full coverage

Social Security, sick leave, 22 holiday days, paid leave. Hostelería convention.

Paid training

Road safety, food handling, languages. On the clock, not on your time.

What we ask of you.

  • 18+ with work permit in Spain (DNI or NIE)
  • Class B (car) or A1/AM (moped) licence
  • Availability for rotating shifts
  • Commitment to service quality (we rate orders, but ratings don't 'cost you' shifts)

Built on Ley Rider.

WEGO operates under Real Decreto-Ley 9/2021 ('Ley Rider'). Zero bogus self-employment, zero precariousness. If you want to understand the legal model, read our short explainer.
